Annoyance #423: The No-tear Sugar Packet

In your quest to drive someone insane, it's the little things that count. These appear to be the same as any sugar packet found in rundown diners and suburban kitchenettes anywhere, but you can't open it, at least not in the usual way. This would be a fun part of a "Candid Camera" youTube project. Take several so as not to arouse suspicion. We have a whole series of these annoying practical jokes.
