Curling Fortune Fish
I remember having these when I was a kid back in the paleolithic era. The fish curls because it interacts with your naturally moist skin, the special plastic will grab onto water molecules that it touches, changing the shape of the molecule; As the molecules change shape, so does the shape of the fish.
Once that is done, the user refers to the little chart on the back of the envelope to see what the particular movement of the fish supposedly means. It's, uh, more fun than it sounds.
