Handy Standalone Magnifier

My wife is always, saying, "Hon, look at this irritation on my toe!" - To which I of course reply, "Why are you asking me? Who do I look like, Doctor Scholl? I have no podiatry skills."

Now with this handy magnifier, she can look at her own ingrown nails or whatever. It even says on the box, "EXAMINES IRRITATIONS ON FINGERS OR TOES". It also says "PERFECT FOR STAMP OR COIN COLLECTORS" and "GREAT FOR HOBBIES OR CRAFTS".

I have to admit, it is nice to be able to magnify something without having to hold the magnifier. This one flips into position right out of the box. Sometimes I have trouble reading the crossword puzzle, it's handy for that too, although the answers still elude me. The image is weird at this angle, but it works in "real life".
